Document Drafting & Preparation

  • Draft, edit, and finalize contracts, addenda, and amendments
  • Prepare and manage listing agreements and required disclosures
  • Review all documents for accuracy and compliance before submission
  • Ensure smooth delivery and e-signature coordination for all parties

Listing Management

  • Prepare and distribute listing agreements, disclosures, and MLS input sheets
  • Coordinate photos, staging, signage, and lockbox installation
  • Collect and organize offers for easy agent and seller review
  • Assist with offer comparisons and communication

Compliance & Closing File

  • Ensure all brokerage and state compliance requirements are met
  • Deliver organized and complete files for brokerage review
  • Provide closing package for agent and client records
